I always hate dusting off the old calculator to mess with the tax junk, but unfortunately, this is an unavoidable evil. Of course, I’d rather be writing than dealing with anything having to do with the government.

On another note, it time to play with the clocks again. The only good thing about this is that I know spring and summer are not far away. These are my two favorite seasons, and much better than changing the time back again in the fall when I know dreaded winter is next.
I'm so thrilled that this year we got our taxes done way early and have already got both our state and federal refunds. It makes it so easy now to do the taxes online and saves a bundle from having somebody prepare them for us.

The government already takes our money. They need to leave time alone.

ReplyDeleteI agree on leaving the time alone, but what can you do about that? The governemnt wants to control everything and I imagine they will eventually, unless there is an uprising, but I don't think that many people have the "balls" for that.
I'm glad you get a refund. We usually never even owe, or get a refund, because we don't make enough now, so have to file just for the sake of filing. I wish we didn't even have to gather all the crap and even do the paperwork. However, that is something people can never get away from.

ReplyDeleteI try to do my best. I love taking pics of my "babies." I have hundreds of cat pics on my computer because somehow they manage to get in my pics all the time. I will have to look at your site and see your cats. I hope you have them posted.
