I may chat about my books, what I'm writing or reading, or just general thoughts. You may read posts about my cats or just my crazy life in general. Comments are welcome, if anyone wants to interact with me. Maybe we can share war stories, whether it's writing related or just about life in general.

A Letter to My Readers

Free Clipart

This is today’s prompt. Readers are so important that it is fitting to thank all of you for using your time to stop by and read what I have to say. I know I probably don’t post stuff like this often enough. You all mean a lot to me. I really know what time is like – there is never enough of it ever - to do all you need, or want to do.

Thank you to my followers and the loyal people who stop by and leave a comment. Sometimes, you make my day because things don’t go smoothly much of the time for me, and I have to deal with a lot of turmoil when I’d like to have anything but that in my life. I appreciate all of you more than you know.

The May Challenge is almost over. If you’d like to participate in this challenge, please go here for more details:

Thank you Everyone

Free Clipart

Now that the A to Z is over, I would like to congratulate the ones that completed the challenge. A month of blogging isn’t the easiest thing to do with life happening around us every day. I have some new followers and I thank you guys for following me. I sincerely hope that I will always write things that most of you find worthwhile to read.

My posts to this blog will be more of the same, which is all across the board in subject matter, usually having to do with my life, childhood, or my pets. I will post writing matters on my other blog. That link is in the top right corner of this one, if you care to go there.

I have met many great people during this blogging journey. People I would never have known even existed, if it wasn’t for Arlee Bird who came up with this challenge. The net is a big place and blogging is a way to connect people from around the world. I will continue to follow the ones whose blogs I have joined during this process. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t make it through the whole list. However, I plan to do just that as I have time, the political and religious ones probably excluded, as I tend to stay away from politics and religion. I have saved the challenge 2013 list in a Word file.

Again, congrats on a job well done by all of us. As I said before, I will still be reading some of the ones on the list, so you may find yourselves with some additional followers. I’m sure I won’t be the only one doing this because there is a great group of writers here. Some of you have enlightened me, and some of you have entertained me with your posts. For that, I thank you.

Blessings all,

Sunni

Thank You for the Blog Awards

I want to thank all of the people who have visited my blog over the past year, read my ramblings and stories, and have left comments. Thank you to all the people who’ve decided to follow me.

There are times when I have let regular posting fall to the wayside because of a busy schedule and some personal issues. I’d rather be writing something, whether it’s a blog post, a comment, or a book. This is not always possible as daily life goes on. Sometimes I wonder how all of you manage to post so often and think you must live in a different environment than I do. My house is usually one big tumultuous place.

I apologize for not reading your lovely posts and commenting more. Always meaning to, I seem to run out of time or am called away to handle another issue. Maybe someday, my daily life will be different.

In December, I was lucky enough to have three of you give me blog awards for my efforts. I do appreciate them tremendously and am almost embarrassed because I’m responding to you so late. I hope you will accept my apology. I’ve been working hard to finish a crime novel, finding it difficult to get time for that with all the holidays and other things going on at the end of the year.

Without further a due, I want to thank you for my blog awards.

James Osborne bestowed the Influential Blog Award to my book blog site:
faeriebookloft.

Please visit his blog here for wonderful short stories: http://JamesOsborneNovels.com

I want to thank Jeanette Andersen and Sharla Shults for giving the Blog of the Year Award to my cat and family story site surviving life.

Please visit their sites for stories and poetry:

I have enjoyed reading all of your stories, book reviews, writing tips, cat antics, daily life happenings and all the other stuff posted over 2012.

One thing about the blog awards is that most of them contain lots of rules and different things and right now I don’t have the time to “play by the rules,” so I hope you’ll forgive me. I will just list some of the sites I’ve enjoyed over the last year. There are so many that I hope I haven’t left anyone out.
